⚡️Отлично знает PHP, JavaScript, HTML5 и CSS3.
Понимает ООП, SOLID, знает паттерны и умеет их применять. Понимание DDD будет большим плюсом (если нет — научим).
Пишет качественный, тестируемый код и хочет реализовывать свои навыки в непростом, нагруженном проекте.
Ответственный, самостоятельный, обладает хорошим техническим кругозором и хочет развиваться как специалист.
Работает с Linux. У нас гибкая политика в отношении рабочих инструментов, но без линуска никуда.

⭐️Какие условия предлагаем

⚡️Полная занятость, полностью удаленная работа. У нас есть офис в центре Москвы (на Сухаревской), можно работать там — но это необязательно.
⚡️График 5/2, начало рабочего дня в 10 утра по Москве.
⚡️“Белая” заработная плата до 230 000 рублей на руки с индексацией по мере роста скиллов, оформление в штат или через ИП.
⚡️Помощь с обучением и ростом: вместе составим план профессионального развития и поддержим в его реализации.

Berlin-based startup. They came up with a brand new idea on the German market: to build out a medicine delivery platform in Europe that partners are small-scale pharmacies. They got the biggest pre-seed among all German startups last year

Build from scratch the frontend for our internal tools, and in the future, our mobile-first web application
Choose together with the team the perfect frameworks and architecture in terms of loading time, file size and development speed
You develop frontend features and components according to the design and provide designers with feedback and suggest tradeoffs when required
Ensure reliable communication to the backend via GraphQL
Work closely with Backend Engineers, Product Managers, Mobile Frontend Engineers to build the best in class product from scratch
Evolve our team culture and processes through collaboration, participation in sprint rituals, and mutual mentorship

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience in frontend Javascript development (2+ years with Vue.JS), some experience with Typescript
Experience with state management tools like Redux;
Writing clean code, knowledge of common design patterns, next to writing Unit/UI tests
You are experienced in loading speed, performance and SEO optimization
You know how to handle cross-browser issues properly
Strong sense of ownership over your work and a desire to uplevel your peers
Full professional English proficiency
Nice-to-haves: micro-frontend architecture, React.js, experience with CI/CD pipeline, Webpack/Parcel experience

This is a people management role with a minimal amount of hands-on coding; you will lead a cross-functional team of 4-7 people, taking full ownership of the implementation of one of our products.

MISSION

Taking ownership of the end-to-end implementation of one of our products with the clear goal of making each IT delivery a success story
Leading a cross-functional team, consisting of developers (BE/FE/Mobile), a QA, and a PM
You will strike a delicate balance between shipping features fast and making sure that your developers are not overwhelmed
Coach, mentor, and further develop engineers on your team; be open and empathetic with continuous feedback to your team
You help to collaboratively set up development processes (sprints, code reviews, communication processes) and ensure that the team sticks to them
Work with other teams across the department to identify and build on improvements to our processes and systems
Grow your team by making hiring decisions, onboarding new members and planning capacity

REQUIREMENTS

Ideally, 6+ years in software development with 2+ years in leadership roles (teams of 3+ developers)
You love people, you are a “caring leader”, you value communication and teamwork as much as a clean code and beautiful architecture
